The second Puget Sound Pro-Am beer to hit the market is coming out on August 6th at a tapping celebration at Rock Bottom Bellevue. The "Saison Du Beacon" is a beer developed by two homebrewers, Colin Lenfesty and Rodney Clark. This beer is the gold medal winner in the 2008 Puget Sound Pro-Am competition in the Saison category. The Saison Du Beacon is a tart and dry beer, deep copper in color with a complex flavor from the Belgian yeast and a variety of spices. It's both thirst quenching and flavorful. So come on down and enjoy this wonderful summer brew and support some local homebrewers and their quest to win at the Great American Beer Festival this fall. Pints of this beer will be at the promotional price of $1 from 6 to 7pm.

Rock Bottom Bellevue: 550 106th Avenue, Suite 103 Bellevue, WA 98004
