Your best bet for the freshest ingredients and selection of equipment are your local homebrew stores.  Local stores are the heart of the Washington Homebrewing Community.  They are the gateway into the hobby, have staff which are capable of answering your beginner and advanced questions, stock the freshest ingredients, are a mingling place for other homebrewers, frequently serve as meeting places for clubs, and overall are a great place to share our passion for the hobby.  Even if you can find ingredients or equipment cheaper online, it is worth every extra penny to support our stores to make sure that come tomorrow, we will still have these devoted retail locations to purchase from and keep our hobby running.

So stop by and patronize the folks that make our hobby possible.
