This presentation was assembled by BEWBC to support clases for getting new homebrewers into the hobby.  It was designed to be a hands-on presentation, conducting a brewing session while presenting the information.

There are many ways to homebrew.  This presentation shows one approach to extract brewing with specialty grains and hops.
