I recently brewed some Stout (Deschutes Obsidian clone... I hope). I have racked to secondary after primary fermentation for about a week. I am getting underway on my CG Cutter for about 6 weeks starting next week, and I was wondering whether I should leave it in the secondary for those 6 weeks and bottle when I get back or bottle right before I leave? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Honestly, either way I think you should be fine except if you bottle it it'll be a nicely carbonated beer welcoming you home!
